How do I place an order?

- Add & manage desired items into your cart
- Proceed to checkout and fill out the form before your screen
- Modes of payment: Debit Card / Credit Card or Gcash
- Wait for an email confirmation from our online sales rep and your orders will be prepared and will be shipped soon
What courier do you use when shipping items within the country?
We use LBC for transactions within both Provincial areas and Metro Manila
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee will depend on your quantity of your order(s) and its weight. The starting price of the shipping fee will be P197 and will increase depending on the weight of your item(s) and location.
How many days will it take to receive my order(s)?
You can expect to have your orders after 7-14 working days from the date of receiving your email confirmation.

I still haven’t received my shipment. What do I do with this?
Once the orders are shipped out. What we can do is help you guys track your parcels and monitor its current location - but with regards to the date on when you’ll receive the items ordered is already out of our control. For this matter, you can verify and ask for a follow-up of the parcel with the courier chosen.
Where's the size chart?
Click on the particular shirt or jacket/hoodie you want and before you hit the 'add to cart' button, notice that there is a box on the right size which indicates 'size chart' and you may view the dimensions of the said piece there
Do you guys accept international orders?
Yes. Just follow the steps on how to order online, except after your orders have been received, what you should do next is email us (email@example.com) your order number and shipping details and we will respond with the adjusted cost and total amount of your payment.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Generally, only defective items or wrong order/s sent by our staff may be exchanged. But reasonable cases like wrong sizing can be an exception to the rule. You can find the detailed Return/Exchange policy as well as the request form (here).
We do not accept refunds.

Why is the shirt/size I want not shown/available in the website?
If a size or specific design/item is not included means it is already unavailable but there is a possibility of its reappearance in our website. Otherwise, there is also a big chance that we still have those in stock at the Flagship store. Come visit us!
