Here’s your chance to buy the limited edition Friends & Family 2019 DBTK exclusive tee by following these three (3) simple steps: 

1. Drop your donation of any usable school supplies at the DBTK Flagship Store 
2. You will be granted a raffle entry to purchase the 2019 DBTK F&F Shirt by filling up the form given to you.
3. Indicate your shirt size and contact details for verification then stay tuned for the announcement of winners

We will be accepting the donation of school supplies from May 20 (Monday) until May 26 (Sunday) ONLY at the DBTK Flagship Store. 

The list of winners will be announced on May 28 (Tuesday)  and they will have to confirm raffle entry and settle the payment until May 30 (Thursday) otherwise their slot will be forfeited and given to another

The winners are encouraged to join us in the nearby outreach activity with our chosen beneficiary (Children’s Joy Foundation, Inc.) happening on Satuday, June 1 from 3:00 – 5:00 PM
